Our Products
Structure Generator
The structure generator and mesher creates device structures and performs 2D/3D tensor-meshing or finite-element meshing.
Opto-Solver
The optosolver package includes FDTD (Finite difference time domain) solver, BPM (Beam propagation method) solver, and optical mode solver.
Drift-Diffusion Solver
The ddsolver package includes drift-diffusion solver to simulate semiconductor devices. Also, Mixed-mode-system consisting of the semiconductor devices and the external components can be solved.
Circuit Solver
The circuit solver takes circuit netlists in spice format and performs desired set of simulations.
